ENGLEWOOD — An Englewood man is facing felony assault charges after hitting a person with a baton at a park, sheriff’s deputies say.
Eric W. Lashbrook, 58, of 11067 Corrigan Ave., Englewood, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and booked into the Charlotte County Jail, according to court records.
