SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Sarasota County prosecutors say they abandoned charges against a couple arrested after allegedly performing sex acts on a fight to SRQ because they lacked jurisdiction.
However, federal prosecutors will be deciding if they will take up the case.
