A new multi-millionaire is celebrating in Lakewood Ranch after claiming a top prize from a Florida Lottery Scratch-Off game. Ramon Cabo, a 68-year-old resident of Lakewood Ranch, visited Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee on July 25 to claim the massive “$10,000 A WEEK FOR LIFE” prize.
Cabo, who purchased his winning ticket at the Walmart at 6225 E. State Road 64 in Bradenton, opted to receive his winnings as a one-time lump-sum cash payment. The payout totaled $7,752,000.00.
