Another high-end condominium downtown should rank low among Sarasota’s priorities, just like added traffic congestion and the traffic circles that come with it.
But if a Naples developer has his way – and developers usually do get their way – another high-rise will join the plethora of condominiums that have led to Sarasota’s current and dubious ”condomania” claim to fame.
