The Edge Sarasota, a 10-story, luxury condominium building in downtown Sarasota, is on schedule for a fall 2026 completion.
On Dec. 11, principals from Jebco Ventures and ORE Development, the team behind the development, signed a concrete plinth that will be part of the building. The moment marks the pouring of the top floor of the condominium community.
The Edge, located at the corner of Cocoanut Avenue and Fruitville Road, will have 27 residences, including four penthouses, with an expansive array of amenities “that redefine urban sophistication,” according to the press release.
