SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A Sarasota woman hit by a car while walking her dog on December 9th has died from her injuries.
Barbara Powell had been at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, unconscious, and was later moved to a rehab facility, according to a GOFUNDME.
