VENICE — Developer Pat Neal has built 25,000 homes in his 55-year career and plans to keep building “as long as the Lord says I can.”
“I’m terrible at golf and fishing,” said Neal, who’s 76. “I really just prefer staying in my business. Keeping working keeps you young.”
