Sarasota County’s newest destination steakhouse is set to open to the public on Monday, Jan. 12, serving both lunch and dinner.
Local restaurateurs Keith and Laurie Farlow honored past establishments at 285 Dearborn St. by preserving the original Bootleggers Brewing Co. structure while constructing their new steakhouse, Chophouse285 by Farlows.
