Sarasota Doctor From Bradenton Gets 15 Years For Posing As Teen To Exploit Child

TAMPA, Fla. – A Sarasota-area doctor has been ordered to serve 15 years in federal prison after admitting to posing as a teenager online to solicit sexually explicit material from a minor.

U.S. District Judge William F. Jung handed down the sentence to Dr. Pete Supan of Bradenton on Tuesday. The sentencing follows Supan’s guilty plea on October 7, 2025, for coercion and enticement of a minor and the production of child sex abuse material.
