Sarasota approves $96,800 contract for historic cemetery maintenance

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – City commissioners approved a new contract for maintenance and restoration work at three historic cemeteries during their Feb. 2 meeting.

The agreement passed automatically during the consent portion of the agenda and covers routine landscape and gravesite maintenance at Galilee Cemetery, Oaklands-Woodlawn Cemetery and Rosemary Cemetery. The contract is tied to Invitation to Bid 25-56SH.
