Search for Agape plane took hours; ‘We were the first ones at the crash site’

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A search team spent 8 to 10 hours locating the wreckage of a twin-engine aircraft that crashed in western Haiti, a missionary involved in the search said.

The aircraft disappeared from radar minutes after taking off from Jérémie headed to Les Cayes, according to FlightAware data.
