Six North Port High School (NPHS) students were arrested, and one was seriously injured after a fight at school on Friday.
The student was ground transported and has since been released from the hospital, North Port Police officials shared. The investigation into the fight is ongoing, and additional arrests are possible. Several other students were expelled from the high school due to their involvement, Sarasota County school officials shared.
