MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (Feb. 18, 2026) — A 53-year-old Tampa man was killed Wednesday afternoon after being struck by a dump truck at a construction site for a new subdivision, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers say the crash occurred around 12:02 p.m. near the intersection of Diamond Reef Drive and Bella Mar Trail.
