BRADENTON, FL – Merci Cafe, a French bakery and brunch concept, is targeting a mid-March opening at 310-212 12th St W, Bradenton, FL 34205. Owners Fanette and Patrick Maquet told Business Debut they are bringing a French franchise concept to the area, marking their first restaurant.
The couple said they feel fortunate to introduce their French gastronomy to the Bradenton community and look forward to meeting guests through the cafe.

Merci Cafe will operate as a full-service breakfast and brunch restaurant with approximately 50 seats. Guests can expect table service, with two servers on staff.
The concept centers on French bakery and cafe fare, offering a selection of sandwiches, soups, and pastries inspired by traditional French cuisine. The Maquets described it as a melting pot of French culture and gastronomy.
