NORTH PORT — A North Port man is facing felony DUI charges after his wife fell out of a golf cart he was driving and hit her head on the pavement.
James R. Prante, 65, of 1655 Creek Nine Drive, was at the wheel of a golf cart when his wife, Margaret P. Garven, fell out of the cart and was knocked unconscious, North Port Police reported.
