VENICE — Some city employees who had their schedules changed last year failed to persuade the City Council to change them back Tuesday.
The Council held an impasse hearing after impact bargaining with the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees failed to resolve a complaint by employees who were switched from a four-day, 10-hour schedule to five days at eight hours.
