SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – A 3-year-old German shepherd named Willow is available for adoption through Dante’s Den, a local animal rescue organization. Marsha Panucci, founder of Dante’s Den and host of Animal Outtakes, said Willow came to the rescue after a breeder reached out for help placing dogs.
Willow was born in Europe before being brought to the United States by a breeder. Panucci said Dante’s Den took Willow in and she has lived at the rescue since.
Panucci described Willow as good with children and adults, a car rider, and a cuddler who enjoys human contact. She also noted that Willow has a strong prey drive and will chase small animals, so owners should be attentive on walks…
