LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. (WWSB) – Victims of ongoing mail theft in the Lakewood Ranch area report a combined total of $357,790 in losses, according to accounts gathered over several weeks of coverage.
Residents say their checks are being stolen, altered, or deposited into someone else’s account. Six victims have shared their stories publicly, and more continue to come forward.
