VENICE — Two Osprey residents are facing DUI charges … for the same crash in the same vehicle.
Randy Matthew Finch, 42, 500 block of Oak River Court, is charged with DUI, refusal to submit to DUI testing, three counts of DUI with damage to property or person of another and two counts of leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property, which are misdemeanors, and a felony count of failing to stop after a crash involving injury other than serious bodily injury.
He’s free on bond of $7,000 with arraignment set for April 17…
