SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Students at North Port High School are still trying to process the arrest of a teacher they once knew well.
Police say 51-year-old David Sommer, a choir teacher at the school, was arrested after investigators discovered he allegedly engaged in sexual activity with a 17-year-old female student on multiple occasions.
