VENICE — The Venice Police Department is investigating an apparent homicide in the 200 block of Grove St. S., according to a social media post.
Investigators state they were alerted to a fight about 6 a.m. Monday.
“Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive adult male,” it stated. “Life-saving measures were initiated by VPD officers and Venice Fire Rescue personnel; however, the individual was pronounced deceased at the scene.”…
