PUNTA GORDA, Fla. (WWSB) – A plea deal may be in the works for a 20-year-old Nokomis man who investigators say was drunk when the boat he was driving injured a partygoer.
Court records showing a plea sentencing hearing now set for Luca Mascaro, who is charged with boating under the influence at the H2O Music Festival event at the Boca Grande sandbar in May of 2025.
No word yet on the terms of his plea agreement…
