Condo residents hope more fence means less mooning

VENICE — The residents of Sea Villas, a 20-unit condominium community along Tarpon Center Drive, have been without the use of their pool since hurricanes Helene and Milton swept through in the fall of 2024 because, among other things, the storms destroyed their fence.

State law requires every residential pool to have some kind of safety barrier, though not necessarily a fence.

But the other thing residents say they lost because of the destruction of their fence is their safety…
