SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue will host Woofstock at Lakewood Ranch Main Street on Saturday, April 18, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The event will feature live music by the Taylor Opie Band, adoptable puppies on-site, and performances by Puppy Pals Live, as seen on America’s Got Talent. Rescue dogs will perform tricks, flips and stunts in live shows at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Event activities
The festival will include a Sniff and Shop pet market with local vendors offering treats, toys and pet services. Attendees can take photos at a retro VW bus photo booth and themed photo opportunities throughout the event. Free pet caricatures will be available.
Food and drink vendors will be on-site.
Donation drive
A pet supply donation drive will benefit Nate’s Honor Animal Rescue. Donations will be accepted at the Lakewood Ranch New Home Center from April 10-18 and at the event. Guests who donate at the event will receive a Woofstock pet bandana…
