CPF Living Communities and Grace Management have acquired The Legacy of Venice, an established independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Venice, FL.
Previously known as Heartis Senior Living, the community is being managed by Grace Management, a portfolio company of healthcare private equity investment firm CPF.
