SARASOTA, Fla. (WFLA) — Body camera video shows the moment officers in Sarasota found a trap in the bed of a man’s truck after his arrest, containing an opossum and her three babies.
Officers stopped a vehicle driving without headlights near Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Way and U.S. 301 around 10:07 p.m., the Sarasota Police Department said.
The police department said the driver was a “habitual traffic offender” and was arrested.
