The Suncoast receives good rain!

SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – Today: A line of thunderstorms is making its way through the Suncoast bringing some much needed rain, heavy at times and having the possibility of turning strong to severe. A level one out of five is our risk, which is known as marginal. Mostly for strong winds embedded within storms.

Tonight: Rain exits tonight with temperatures falling to the mid to upper 60s area wide.

Sunday: Expect a brief cool down on Sunday with temperatures in the upper 70s by the beaches and near 80 degrees inland. Winds will be breezy out of the east and northeast at 10-15 mph, and gusts up to 25 mph…
