A $38.7 million land deal will bring another gated residential community to North River Ranch in Parrish.
Neal Land & Neighborhoods sold roughly 400 acres within North River Ranch to PulteGroup in the company’s largest land sale to date. PulteGroup will develop the property as Explore by Del Webb at North River Ranch, marking the first Florida community under the company’s Explore by Del Webb brand.
The project will occupy the northeast portion of North River Ranch, a master-planned development approved for roughly 6,000 homes along with commercial development, recreation space, schools and a future hospital.
