A grand opening ceremony will be held on Saturday, June 13 to celebrate the opening of the Henderson-Amazon-ChangeX Community Learning Garden.
The event will be held from 2 to 5:30 p.m. at the garden, on the campus of the former Henderson High School. The campus is now owned by the Henderson School Alumni Association Trust (HSSAT).
The garden project is among eight Butts County organization-led projects that received funding from the Amazon Butts and Newton Counties Community Fund.
