SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – The Savannah Police Department (SPD) is investigating a shooting that occurred in the 700 block of E. 65th St. on June 20. The incident left an adult male with a non-life-threatening injury.
According to SPD, at approximately 1:25 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting. Once on the scene, officers found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound on the ground of a parking lot. He was treated and transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center.
