RICHMOND HILL, Ga. (WTOC) – A woman in Richmond Hill celebrated her 104th birthday on Wednesday at the Magnolia Manor senior living facility.
Elizabeth Banks, known as “Lib,” celebrated surrounded by family and friends. Richmond Hill’s Kristi Cox was also there to help celebrate the birthday girl.
