Owners of “The Rate” building in Bluffton recently received a $20,000 historic preservation grant from the town. The town has 86 designated contributing resources with the Old Town district.
The owners of a historic building which has served many purposes over the years in Bluffton and still stands today were recently presented the Town of Bluffton’s 15th Historic Preservation Grant, town officials said.
