SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) -An investigation is underway after a vehicle fire outside a Savannah apartment complex early Friday morning.
First responders were seen extinguishing the flames from a dark-colored pickup truck at The Spoke Savannah apartments just after 3:00 a.m.
