POOLER, Ga. (WSAV) — In June 2025, Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry was facing the possibility of closing its doors after losing the space it had used for years to serve families in Pooler and Bloomingdale.
Volunteers were forced to move refrigerators, shelving, and food into temporary storage while they searched for a new home.
Today, the pantry is back open – and volunteers say they’re serving more people while offering families more than just groceries…
