SEABROOK, Sc. (WTOC) – A 77-year-old Seabrook man faces seven counts of attempted murder after authorities say he fired multiple shots inside a home and toward responding law enforcement officers early Sunday.
Jewell Marion Proctor was arrested and booked into the Beaufort County Detention Center Monday afternoon, Oct. 19, according to the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office.
