SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — A woman is missing and the Savannah Police Department is asking the public for help in locating the 65-year-old.
According to police, Fong Ying who is described as being 5’1″ and about 100lbs was last seen on Jan. 21 in the 2100 block of E. 40th St.
Police also say that Ms. Ying is known to visit the Bull St. area frequently and does not speak English.
