Savannah State University is pleased to announce that the 35th Annual Savannah Black Heritage Festival will take place February 1-25, 2024. “Legacy & Innovation: Framing the Future of Our Culture” is the central theme of the festival as we are committed to emphasizing the importance of celebrating how black culture continuously contributes to the future.
