EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office says traffic on I-16 west was stalled Wednesday due to a crash. According to Georgia State Patrol, troopers responded to I-16 at mile marker 149 to a multi-vehicle crash. The crash involved three tractor trailers, an SUV, and a pickup truck with a trailer.
