BRYAN COUNTY, Ga. (WTGS) – Young bookworms in Bryan, Liberty and Effingham counties got a treat Friday morning – hearing stories and getting free books!. Volunteers from the United Way of the Coastal Empire and community leaders read to the kids impacting thousands of Pre-K through 2nd-grade students across Southeastern Georgia as a part of Read United Day.
