HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (WTOC) – One man is injured after an early morning shooting in the Lowcountry. The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were dispatched to a home on Wright Place on Hilton Head Island just after 4 a.m. Saturday and found a 55-year-old man with gunshot wounds.
