SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – Stellar athletes from Effingham, Brian and Chatham counties are showcasing their talents nationwide.
This is due in part to 27:17 also known as “The Factory”, a locally owned gym run by coaches Sam Carter and Robert DeLoach
The Factory is focused on training young men and women to be athletes, scholars and community leaders.
