Hubert Middle School teacher Melanie West has been selected by the National Council of Teachers (NCTE), and the Georgia Council of Teachers of English (GCTE), as a national recipient of the 2024 High School Teacher of Excellence Award. The award is sponsored by the Secondary Section of the National Council of Teachers of English.
