SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – As Helene moves closer to the Coastal Empire, agencies in our area are urging residents to get prepared. With Helene’s movement continuing during the overnight hours, Chatham County Emergency Management Agency (CEMA) says residents should prepare for possible impacts before lying down for bed Thursday night.
