SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – Effingham County Sheriff’s deputies’ are bridging a gap between law enforcement and residents with Mama Duck during their Faith and Blue Community Outreach Event. The event includes their annual Rubber Duck Race benefitting the Mackees Fund which supports the Georgia Sheriffs’ Youth Homes .
