TYBEE ISLAND, Ga. (WSAV) – The Tybee Island Police Department (TIPD) is asking for help in locating a man who they say is missing and endangered.
According to the TIPD, friends and family have had no contact with Michael Christopher Styer since the morning of Friday, Oct. 11.
Styer is a resident of Wilmington Island and is known to frequent Tybee. He is a 35-year-old white male, who stands 6 ft. tall and weighs approximately 150 lbs. He was last seen with long brown hair.

Anyone who sees Styer is asked to contact the TIPD at 912-786-5600 or dial 911 in the event of an emergency.

The TIPD says their new Drone Unit has joined patrol, beach and public information personnel in the search for Styer.
