A Baltimore real estate and investment company recently purchased a second multi-family community in the Bluffton area for $44.5 million. Continental Realty Corporation said Sept. 25 it purchased the 166-unit Bristol at New Riverside, located at 205 Forest Trace in Bluffton. The company now has more than 1,100 apartment homes in the Lowcountry, including Hilton Head, Charleston and Mount Pleasant. The real estate investment and management company operates in 12 states.
