EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – Thanks to a grant from the Governor’s office Effingham County has begun its work for a 2 million gallon wastewater plant. The County’s Manager, Tim Callanan says that Effingham County has been nearing the capacity for their current treatment plant for a while now.
