BLUFFTON, S.C. (WCIV) – A Bluffton Police Department lieutenant was awarded the 2024 International Association of Chiefs of Police 40 Under 40 award this week. Lt. Michelle Mayers won the award which recognizes law enforcement professionals under 40 years of age from all over the world who demonstrate excellence and leadership.
