This Thursday, November 7, a Blue Star Marker will be placed at Savannah’s Tiny Vet’s Project- honoring those who served our country. Jennifer Dulong is the Executive Director of the Chatham Authority for the Homeless (CSAH) and manages the Cove at Dundee Tiny House Project for homeless veterans.
