SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit responded to a single-vehicle crash near Gracen and Old Louisville Roads just after 9 p.m. Friday. Preliminary information indicates that 37-year-old Tonya Mooney traveled through the intersection of Gracen Road and Old Louisville Road and ended up in a pond upside down.
